Urban Capital has completed and built numerous infill real estate projects, including historical restorations and ground-up construction. The firm started off by self-managing 2-4 unit construction projects, and has since shifted focus towards building larger multifamily and mixed-use development projects for Sacramento's "Missing Middle." Missing middle housing has gained attention as a response to housing affordability challenges and the growing demand for more sustainable and attainable urban developments.
