David Barajas is the Senior Property Accountant at Urban Capital and focuses on keeping the books in order, ensuring compliance with the tax code, and producing executive reports. Previously, David worked as a Senior Staff Accountant at a publicly traded tech company. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Business Administration: Concentration in Accounting. His newly found passion for real estate has launched him into the real estate world, personally as an investor and professionally as a career. Outside of work you can find him with his lovely wife and lively daughter exploring the Sacramento area’s many great restaurants.
